Currently serving as Senior Executive Assistant at Stratum Nutrition, Lily supports C-level executives, liaising with board members, senior directors, and key stakeholders. Skilled in complex calendar management, contract administration, event planning, and internal communications, Lily plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and improving company culture. Her previous roles within Stratum Nutrition have included HR support and commercial support coordinator.

Prior to Stratum Nutrition, Lily built a strong foundation in customer account management, logistics, and supply chain coordination at Novus International, Accellent Endoscopy, Symbol Technologies, and Sonoco Flexible Packaging. Throughout her time in these positions, Lily demonstrated expertise in vendor-managed inventory, contract negotiations, and customer relations, delivering measurable results such as increased revenue, streamlined inventory management, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Lily holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management from the Southwest Institute of Merchandising. Additional professional training in negotiations, leadership, and customer service further strengthen Lily’s ability to drive operational success and executive efficiency.
