
Our European Headquarters encompasses food and beverage product development lab space and offices for sales, marketing, and technical staff. Located in the new Business Center for Innovation and Development (CEPID) within the Tecnoparc of Reus, Spain - the Center is designed to ensure a continued and sustained support of research activities and development of businesses related to techniques and biotechnology tools, especially in the areas of the park such as health and nutrition.
The food and beverage laboratory allows Stratum to partner with companies in the industry to collaborate on new product development, applications and quality problem solving, innovative and advanced delivery systems and solutions working primarily with carotenoids and nutritional ingredients. As a Novus International business, Stratum has a strong background in application work and technical services. Our lab utilizes equipment and capabilities in order to be a product applications solution provider. We have brought in a High-pressure Homogenizer, Turbiscan Real-time Emulsion Stability Monitoring, Particle Size Analyzer, Color Spectrophotometer, Viscometer and Rheometer to help customers work through product development pains.
