ARTINIA® fiber for use in Food Applications
The recent self-affirmed GRAS designation for ARTINIA displays the work done to show the safety of the product - which was followed by the EU Commission Decision declaring ARTINIA as a novel food ingredient.
These designations have also pushed Stratum to do more applications testing with ARTINIA in various food and beverage matrices. The food scientists at Stratum have found that ARTINIA has multiple functional and physical characteristic benefits compared to other common plant based fibers such as psyllium and oat beta-glucans.
