The self-affirmed GRAS designation for ARTINIA displays work done to show the safety of the product - which was followed by the EU Commission Decision declaring ARTINIA as a novel food ingredient.

ApuraGreen for use in food applications

ApuraGreen™ is a wholefruit kiwi pectin paste ingredient great for baked goods such as bread, cookies, muffins, cakes and other pastries. The natural humectant allows for softer, fresher products with an extended shelf life and clean label.
